Board room rental
A room that takes your buyer seriously. Seats twenty-two.
A long ring of oak table with a microphone at every seat, two big screens, three cameras, fourteen more chairs round the walls, and a door that closes. Members book it by the hour; non-members can too. Thirty-one buyer meetings have happened in it since January.

A buyer meeting on a laptop speaker at a coffee shop is not a meeting a buyer takes seriously. The board room exists so that a two-person product business can put a retailer, a distributor or a lender at a proper table, plug into the screen, and lay out the numbers.
It is also where the masterclasses run, every month in season, capped at eighteen so everyone gets a turn with the instructor, which is why it is not bookable on those evenings.

Questions
The ones we get asked.
- How do I book it?
- Email with the date and hours; the reply is the confirmation. Bookings are approved by a person so two people never turn up expecting the same room, usually within the working day. How far ahead you can book depends on your plan: desks a week, offices two weeks to a month, the team room two months, the commons and day passes only when it is free on the day.
- Does my plan include any time in it?
- Every office includes two half-days a month, the team room a standing day every week. Desks, the commons and day passes include none and pay the member rate when it is free. Unused half-days do not roll over.
- Can I hold a meeting without renting the board room?
- Yes. The commons and the kitchen table are free, and the team room is free to members for an hour when nobody has let it. The board room is the one you pay for, because it is the one with the screens and the microphones.
- Is it wired for video calls?
- Yes. Two screens, a microphone at every seat and three cameras, one of them a PTZ that follows the speaker. Plug in a laptop or join wirelessly.
- Where do my guests park?
- Surface stalls beside the building, $14 a day. Say how many cars when you book and we hold what is free, usually five or six.
- Is it accessible?
- Step-free from the parking lot to the room; the elevators open beside the front desk, thirty steps from the door.
Come and stand in it.
