What's here

Built for stock, not just laptops.

The things that matter to a product business are different from the things that matter to a software one, and mostly boring — which is why nobody advertises them.

  • Desks, hourly or monthly

Two-hour minimum on hourly bookings. Regular desks on the open floor in three banks along the west wall.

  • A premium room, not a premium desk

15 desks inside a room with a door that closes. That door is the thing you are actually paying for.

  • Parking that exists

20 surface stalls beside the building and 15 underground. Half or full day pay-as-you-go, monthly for residents.

  • Inventory storage

Somewhere to keep stock that is not your garage or the back of the car. Rented by the month.

  • Board room seating 18

A proper U-shaped table, screens at both ends and wired for video — so a buyer meeting is not a laptop speaker on an open floor.

  • A kitchen you can book

A full kitchen, not a kettle in a corner. Bookable for events, which is where most of the actual networking happens.

The building

Downtown, on a corner, near the coffee.

12230 106 Avenue is a five-storey building on a signalized corner, with surface parking beside it and a heated ramp to the underground. Central, walkable, and surrounded by the places you would rather take a meeting than a meeting room.
