Rent a desk
Four ways in, prices on the page, and what each one includes written next to it. A seat in the commons, one of 8 dedicated desks, or one of 5 offices with a door. The bigger doors come with a heated stall and board-room time; nothing else does. Month to month, no auto-renewal.

Offices
A law firm built the offices and left them furnished. There are six of them and one team room, so they are priced at the Edmonton market rather than under it, and the parking and board-room time a founder actually uses is priced into the door instead of argued at the front desk. Pick a number on the floor plan and ask.
Free this month: 2 offices, the team room.
See them on the planWhat each plan includes
A heated stall is $195 and a board-room half-day is $300 at the member rate, so they come with the doors that need them and with nothing else. If your plan says “add-on”, it is on the list below at the same price everyone pays.
Half-days are four hours in the board room at no charge, booked ahead by the number of days shown. They do not roll over. Extra hours are at the member rate, $75.
The standing day locks the same weekday in the board room every week for the month: four full days for $1,400 instead of $3,400. Only an office or the team room may hold one, and there are two to hold.
Desks and the commons get the board room at the member rate when it is free, and nothing else included. That is what keeps a desk at $395.
Three real months
Priced straight off this page, GST extra, so you can check the arithmetic. The first one is a company that today pays for two self-storage units across town and a boardroom by the hour somewhere else.
A product company with stock in two 10 × 15 self-storage units across town, a founder who meets buyers, and a van.
A month$2,940
One makes, one runs everything else. A pallet of stock, one car, one buyer meeting a month.
A month$1,425
A day job, a side business that ships, two mornings a week.

What happens
A sentence is enough. It tells us whether to show you the commons, the desks or the doors, which parking, and whether the storage matters.
We walk the commons and the desks, open whichever offices are free, show you the board room and the kitchen, and take you down to the parking and the cages.
You already know the price and what it includes. If the desk or the room is free, it is yours from the next day. If it is not, we tell you where you are on the list.
The terms, in plain words
Before you ask
By the day
For people who are not members yet, or members who need a door for one day. Whatever is free on the day, booked the day before, paid at the front desk.
Add-ons, by the month
Storage runs from a shelf to a locked 15 × 20 cage in a concrete storage room in the underground that replaces two self-storage units: same fob, same building, load from the car.
If a price changes, members keep theirs until the following month and hear about it before this page does.
