Inventory storage
Somewhere for the pallet that is not your dining room, or the unit across town.
Shelves and closets live on the third floor by the core, a walk from your desk, heated and alarmed. Pallets and whole self-storage units’ worth of stock live in locked cages inside two concrete storage rooms in the underground, beside the loading dock and a few steps from the stall your van parks in. One fob opens all of it.

The thing that most often makes the difference for a product business is not the desk. It is the pallet of bottles or hides or boxes that has been living in a dining room, and the drive to the self-storage unit across town every time an order needs packing.
Storage here is a walk from the desk for the small stuff and a lift ride for the pallet, priced by the shelf, the closet or the cage so nobody pays for space they do not use, and heated so that the things this floor’s members make do not freeze.

Questions
The ones we get asked.
- Is my stock insured?
- Your stock is yours to insure; most members add it to their own policy for a few dollars a month, and we can put you in touch with the broker two members use.
- Do I need a desk to rent storage?
- You need to be a member of some kind: a desk, an office, the commons, or a business address. Storage is not offered on its own.
- Does a pallet come up to the third floor?
- It stays downstairs, in your cage beside the loading bay. The larger elevator takes a pallet jack when you need a case or two upstairs. Tell us the day before a delivery and someone meets the driver.
- What is free right now?
- As of October: four shelves, three closets, both 10 × 15 cages and the 15 × 20. Cages turn over less often; ask and we will tell you where the list stands.
- Does a cage take a parking stall?
- No. The cages are in two concrete storage rooms of their own, 15 by 25 feet each, next to the parking, not in it. One room holds the 15 × 20 cage; the other is split into two 10 × 15-sized cages along an aisle.
- Does any plan include storage?
- The team room includes a closet. Everything else is an add-on at the prices above, deliberately, so a desk stays cheap.
Come and stand in it.
Twenty minutes on the floor, no pitch, and you already know the price.
