Pastries & products is the floor’s only rule about being social: the first Thursday of the month, the kitchen, 8 am, come as you are. A different 124 Street bakery brings the pastries each month; you bring one thing you make and put it on the table. There is no agenda and no name tags. It is where most of the introductions on this floor happen, because people are holding a croissant instead of a business card. Two exceptions so far: January’s was pushed a week for New Year’s Day, and March’s was cancelled for freezing rain.
October is apple turnovers, and the table is open: bring the thing you are least sure about.

Half deciding whether a storefront is a good idea for you at all, half reading the lease line by line if it is. Taught by Zenith Commercial.

Day pass, pay as you go, resident: the programme is the same for all three. There is no separate ticket.
